Thank you for agreeing to share your opinion about public transport in South East Queensland. Your views will help us improve bus, train and CityFerry/ CityCat services for South East Queensland residents.

As we are interested in finding out people's opinions on public transport, to qualify you must be 16 years and older, live in South East Queensland and use public transport at least once a month.

All survey participants go into the prize draw to WIN one of the following prizes:

• 1st prize valued at $718, which includes a $250 Myer Gift Card plus a TransLink monthly travel pass* to anywhere in South East Queensland.
• 5 runner up prizes of TransLink monthly travel passes* any where in South-East Queensland valued at $468 each.

The study will take approximately 20 minutes to complete, and you can leave the survey at any time and complete it from where you left off, at a later date.
